ISYS Project Management focuses on communication, teamwork and flexibility to ensure that quality, time and cost expectations of the sponsors are met. The Project Manager @ ISYS is focused on delivering professional project management based on comprehensive project plan, real-time updates and issue tracking.
1. Site evaluation and feasibility questionnaires
2. Site training covering image acquisition, transfer, patient handling, data capture
3. Site manual with documentation for image acquisition, preliminary quality assessment, labeling and transfer of imaging assets
4. Ongoing site support for technical support, protocol related questions via a service hotline
ISYS uses two layered approach to project management with a project manager acting as the primary contact between sponsor and sites and an associate project manager (APM) focusing on logistics in collaboration with the site co-ordination team at ISYS.
Project manager acts as the primary contact between the sponsor, sites, radiologists, data management and third party vendors involved in the study. She/he works closely with the sponsor to establish the Image Review Charter (IRC). In addition resourcing and issue management will be addressed by the project manager.
The QA team at ISYS partners closely with the sponsor to ensure that sponsor/delegated authority can audit the quality systems in place at ISYS core lab. The QA team develops and maintains different SOPs used for imaging studies at ISYS.
