Real-time Quality control

The proprietary QA/QC software developed at ISYS helps to evaluate the quality of DICOM and Analyze data formats received at ISYS. The quality control process is automated and covers DICOM tags, image quality and HIPAA compliance issues.

iAnalyst

ISYS has developed a collaboration platform for sharing image data, intermediary analysis steps and final interpretation results and QA data with the sponsor in real-time. The iAnalyst system is interactive and can be accessed securely via web.

Functional Image analysis

ISYS has developed validated algorithms for MR image analysis mainly for DCE-MRI to detect blood flow patterns in tumors. These algorithms are integrated into the core analysis workflow and allow generation of reports and graphs for interpretation.

Histoannotator

Histoannotator is a modular image management solution specifically targeted to histopathology and cytology images. This platform supports diverse image formats including JPEG, GIF, TIFF and modality specific formats for confocal microscopy etc., The key benefits are the direct linkage to imaging hardware and ability to collaboratively annotate image data online. The modular architecture allows integration into different third party software and image management systems. Currently the database is mysql based and an Oracle 10g based solution is in development.
