Chest x-ray shows cystic spaces and is mainly used for severe cases. The abnormalities on the X-ray mainly shows linear pulmonary markings and mucus filled sacs and bronchi. Majority of findings from chest x-ray are currently available via CT, and very low dose techniques are available for use in children and young adults. |
